As we have done earlier, online exam will be conducted on our online exam platform examplanet.in from 9th June to 14 th June 2025.

09-June-2025 - Maths

10-June-2025 - English

11-June-2025 - Science/EVs

12-June-2025 - SST

13-June-2025 - Hindi

14-June-2025 - Urdu

All the exams will have multiple choices

This is notified to all the concerned that School will remain closed from 02-06-2025 to 14-06-2025 on account of Summer Vacation.

School will open as usual on 16-06-2025 without any change in timing ie: 06:50 AM Assembly time.

During this period (from 09-06-2025 to 14-06-2025) online exam will be conducted . All the students will be required to give these exams on respective dates.

Parents will ensure to provide mobile, laptop, , PC or tab for the exam.

Dear Parents

This notice is for the information of all the parents, students teachers regarding fraudulent activities done by our school manager Mr Adil T Hussain Sheikh.

He is absconding since 03-May-2025 with school's main mobile SIM 9162660786, two mobile phones and hefty amount of school's cash.

He was not receiving call. Upon being contacted by other people he informed us that he has ported the SIM in his name.

We know he is going to blackmail us soon because all the data of parents students, whatsapp chat is with him. We have filled FIR against him on such fraudulent activities.

Please do not transact any business with him because he is no longer our staff.

Periodic Test 1 Notice

A unit test will be conducted on 17-May-2025 during respective periods.

This is being notified to all the concerned that due to excessive heat during day time our school management has resolved to shift the school timing by one hour before the current scheduled time.

Following timing will be followed from 01-May-2025

Assembly Time: 06:50 AM

1st Period Start Time: 07:10 AM

NUR / LKG / UKG - Class will be over by 11:10 AM

Class I to VIII - Class will be over by 12:00 PM

Transport of the school will run accordingly (all time shifted by 1 Hour before)

This is to notify to all the parents and students that teaching work will remain suspended on 26-Apr-2025 (Last Saturday of Month). Teachers will remain present for mandatory training on NEP and changes in the curriculum.

There will be Online Exam on 27-Apr-2025 (Sunday).

It is mandatory for all the students to attend online exam. Parents are requested to provide Android phone / Laptop / Desktop to their children.

This is being informed to all the parents that Term2 (Final Exam) 2025 is going to start from 10-03-2025. For this admit card will be issued from 01-03-2025. Parents may download admit card of their children from our website https://bgps.in. Following are the steps to download admit card.

2. Click on Admit Card an orange color button or go to download and click Admit Card button
3. Fill out user id and password of the student (Same ID / Password which is used in App)
4. Press Get Admit Card button. Your Admit Card will be downloaded

We have no option but suspend the teaching work until 25-Jan-2025.

This is to inform to all the Parents / Students that DM of Saharsa has passed an order to keep school closed due to possible extreme weather condition in this week.

School will reopen on 13th January 2025 if weather condition improves.

a) It has been observed that despite continuous follow up there are many students who are yet to catch up with the cramming of the word meanings.

In this respect we solicit to seek attention of parents to sensitize their children to cram the word meanings. In next 2 months this is going to be the focus area.

b) Absenteeism is costing the students dearly. We solicit the help of parents to send their children regularly. Absence without application will be a cause of concern and will be treated as apathy from the side of the Parents. Kindly cooperate in this regard.
