Jurisdiction Clause

All disputes, legal matters, claims, or issues arising out of or relating to the school’s services, admissions, policies, or any other matter concerning the institution shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Saharsa, Bihar, India. This clause applies irrespective of the user’s or party’s geographical location or residence.
