Admission Process

Session 2021-2022

Students will have to apply Online for admission in Benevolent Global Public School. Online Admission After submission student will get a reference number. They have to just tell that number to School they will fetch att your data. After online application you will have to print the Application form and it will be submitted in school along with the documents of student.

Session starts from 1st April and ends on 31st March next year

Covid 19 Arrangements

All the students getting admission in BGPS are required to download Edumitra App and install on their / parent's mobile.

All the home work, class work, attendance, marks, communication, fee, ledger etc will be shown to student / parents via App only.

Students will also get eDiva Login for online classes.

NCERT Book links have been placed on eDiva Classes. Students are required to go through them.

Home work is being placed on BGPS servers on regular basis. Students have to login in App everyday to view the Home Work and Class Work on regular basis.

From session 2021-2022 online exam will be mandatory for the students and will be conducted at regular interval.

Online Exams

During COVID 19 lockdown online exam will be conducted on Exam Planet Server

Note: Parents are requested to provide Mobile, Laptop, Desktop and internet connection to their children on priority.

Admission Rules

Admission is based on First Come First Served totally depending on the availability of the seats in a Class.

Minimum Age

Minimum Age for admission is 3.5 Years for NURSERY

1. Adhar Card

2. 2 Photographs

3. TC (In case of Admission in class II and above)

4. Form duly filled and signed by Parents

Selection Process

A candidate will be required to undergo an eligibility check before getting admission in a particular class.

Admission Under RTE for candidates belonging to deprived category

BGPS will advertise the admission notice for the deprived category candidates seeking admission under RTE Act

Candidates will have to produce income certificate and BPL card to prove their eligibility.
